CH OK Corrals Indian Princess CD, RN, OA, OAJ, NAC, NJC, NGC, TN-O, CGC
Princess was my first Dalmatian. She came to me from a local woman and made herself a permanent place in my heart. She was a unique dog with an excellent temperament. There was nothing she would not do for me. She was blessed with both beauty and brains and she proved this in many ways. She has been a "cover girl" many times, appearing on many calendar covers. She appeared on her first calendar in 2004 and is still appearing on them to this day. She is the cover of the 2012 BrownTrout calendar.
Her and I ventured into the world of dog sports together and found we enjoyed everything we tried. We competed in obedience, agility and conformation. Over the years we earned many titles together and always had fun doing it. Her biggest passion was agility; as soon as we would get to class, she would start whining. She was so excited to be there, she just could not contain herself. She always showed great enthusiasm for the sport and always gave it her all. We also trialed in obedience and received her CD. She was never as enthusiastic about obedience as she was about agility, but she worked for me and always did what I asked. I had just started into the world of Tracking with her and she loved it almost as much as Agility but we lost her before we could ever compete in it. We were working towards her TD and I do not believe it would have taken her long to get it.
I could not have asked for a better dog to be the foundation of my breeding program. In 2003, we bred Princess and were blessed with one amazing puppy, CH Fireday's Solar Eclipse. Unfortunately, we lost Princess far too early but we always hope to have a piece of her through her daughter and future grandchildren.
